2010 COOKING CLASS PROGRAM

Cucina birichino 2010- offer’s the aspiring home cook, some of the culinary secrets of Italian cuisine. Impress friends, relatives, and even Italians when you yourself are able to demonstrate your new found cooking skills and be the host or hostess with the most in the comfort of your own home. Birichino cooking classes can accommodate the gastronomes, the pleasure seekers, the critic and the connoisseurs.


Each course is designed to cover a different aspect of the degustation experience. Take the hands on approach that demonstrates Italian fine dining and then allows you the satisfaction of dinning on the fine foods that have been prepared before your very eyes.


Only 10 people per class and all classes are hands on, so get ready to roll up your sleeves, break a sweat and have an enormous amount of fun. When every class ends join us around the long table, enjoy the menu you have just cooked accompanied with Italian wine.
